Heard. Respected. Included.

Together, we help people with mental ill-health, learning disabilities and autism to live life to the fullest. We work throughout Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Norfolk and Essex.

We also deliver a range of nationally commissioned specialisms, such as Tier 4 services for children and young people. We provide perinatal services and medium- and low-secure learning disability services as well.

As health and care professionals, we naturally put service users, carers and their families at the heart of everything we do. But we’re also here for each and every member of our team.

We genuinely care for everyone who works here. Together, we’ve always got your back. We’re a community, and we’re committed to your wellbeing, safety, development and career progression.

Whatever your level of experience, and whether you’re a healthcare or non-clinical professional, we’re a Trust who’ll support you in every way we can.

  • Because we care better together, joining forces with external partners is really important for our success.

We work with other NHS organisations, commissioners, voluntary, community and social enterprises, universities, local government, and our regulators (NHS England and the CQC) to promote greater integration between mental and physical health and social care.

  • We work alongside commissioners, including Integrated Care Boards in Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Essex and Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire County Council, to deliver integrated health and social care services for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism.

  • We work alongside the voluntary, community and social enterprises, other NHS organisations and local government as a lead partner in the Hertfordshire Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism Health and Care Partnership.

  • We are the lead provider of child and adolescent mental health services in the NHS East of England Provider Collaborative, helping to join up the commissioning of specialist services across the East of England region.
